Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The services and products are intended for:
to adult individuals,
to professionals,
to an international audience.
The client acknowledges having the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract.
4. Description of products and services
The essential characteristics of the products and services are described on the website.
The visuals, audio excerpts, descriptions and examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Digital products are provided in dematerialized form (download or online access).
5. Order
The order is considered firm and final after :

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, fraud or non-payment.

8. Delivery of digital products
Digital products (DJ packs, remixes, singles, digital training courses) are delivered:

via online access,
or by email.
Delivery takes place after payment confirmation.
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 Digital Products
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment, provided that the customer has accepted their immediate delivery.
9.2 Services
No refund is possible for any service (training, coaching, DJ booking) that has started or been completed.
10. Cancellation – Refund
No refunds will be given :
after downloading or accessing a digital product,
after starting a training or coaching program,
after confirmation of a DJ booking.
Any exceptional request remains at the sole discretion of the Seller.
11. Intellectual Property and License of Use
All content sold or distributed on the site (music, DJ packs, remixes, singles, educational materials, visuals, logos) is protected by international intellectual property laws.
License granted to the client :
limited personal or professional use
prohibition of resale, sharing, dissemination or redistribution,
No unauthorized modification or commercial use is permitted.
Any violation may result in prosecution.
12. Responsibility
The Seller cannot be held responsible :
due to misuse of products or services,
due to a technical incompatibility,
indirect or intangible losses.
The Seller's liability is limited, in any event, to the amount of the order in question.
13. Force majeure
